Hobbies and interests:

In his spare time, Erik balances time between his two busy teenagers playing soccer as much as possible. He always finds time to unwind with his vinyl LP collection and a celebratory bourbon with friends. Erik is also an avid traveler, always eager to explore new destinations. In the kitchen, he shines, whipping up family recipes, his specialties, and dishes inspired by cooking shows, making every meal a delightful experience.
